To increase the lettable space, we work on a full A&A restoration of this pair of pre-war Art Deco historic shophouses along Tanjong Pagar. Today, these two 4-storey conservation shophouses  that were originally built in the late 1920 now have a mezzanine  floor and stand out impressively from their neighbours.

The new owners wanted to achieve a consistent décor that would retain the character of the street, so we ensured that the restorations included fair-faced brick lining the façades.
