The 3-storey corner terrace is located next to a 12-meter high Banyan tree in a public park that has lots of coconut palm trees. The rustic setting reminded the owner of his ‘kampung home’ and the house was designed to capture the essence of this idea. 

The unique 5 bedroom house was designed as an inner-city retreat for the owner to display his art , ceramic and antique pieces. It is fully equipped with a lift, dry & wet kitchen, koi pond, rooftop lap pool and has parking space for 3 cars.

Green features include low=E double glazing Timber shutters and automated external rollers were installed to block the sun rays. The cladding for the lift core was recycled from the ceiling of one of the owner’s houses that was previously demolished.
