This was originally a project involving three decrepit two-storey shophouse buildings along Tanjong Pagar Road.  These Early Style Shophouses were amalgamated into a single address.

Restoration works was carried out to reinforce the building structure, and replace or restore the interiors, doors and windows. Improvement works involved the addition of a new attic floor, repositioning the staircases to improve circulation and upgrading the building to comply with current fire codes & building regulations.
